Customers can now download the ClanmilConnect online customer service portal as a convenient mobile app.   

ClanmilConnect allows customers to report repairs, make payments, update personal details, report antisocial behaviour, view rent statements, and much more.   

The new mobile app makes access to ClanmilConnect even quicker and easier. 

The app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or from Google Play.  Just search for ClanmilConnect! 

Secure fingerprint and face recognition login makes accessing the app really quick and easy.  

As with the portal, customers will need to register with their name, email address, agreement reference number and date of birth to use the app.    

Those customers who prefer to contact us by phone and by email will still be able to do so.
