Clanmil Customer Conference 2025 was a great success Posted on 7 April 2025

Almost 100 Clanmil customers and colleagues gathered recently at Europa Hotel, Belfast for our Customer Conference where we announced the winners of the Good Neighbour Awards and our Customer Engagement Champions.

The aim of the day was to welcome Clanmil customers to discuss important issues such as planning our future strategy, our repairs service and an interactive panel discussion on antisocial behaviour where colleagues and customers were able to get involved.

We were also joined by our Money Advice Team as well as exhibitors with information stands from Translink, Age NI, Housing Rights, Women's Aid, NI Youth Forum and PSNI. Customers were able to visit with each of the companies and find out more about their services.

The conference was followed by lunch and entertainment by Kooskoos.

Eliza Martin, Community Investment and Fundraising Manager, commented:

“Our Customer Conference at the Europa Hotel was a great success. It's a great way to meet with our customers and hearing what they have to say while giving them a lovely day out in the process. I look forward to reading the feedback of the day and planning for the next one in 2027!”
