Supported Housing
We provide a number of schemes in partnership with Health Trusts and other organisations that are specifically designed for people who need some extra support including people living with dementia, young care leavers and people experiencing mental ill health. These homes are allocated following an assessment by the Health Trust in liaison with Clanmil. You can either contact the Trust directly or speak to a member of our team to connect you to the referral pathway.
Housing with Care
Our Housing with Care homes in Belfast and Magherafelt are a home from home for frail older people who need care and support with their daily routine. These homes are allocated following an assessment by the Health Trust or through a direct referral to Clanmil.

Private Rent
As well as homes for rent through the social housing waiting list, we offer a small number of properties to let at market rent for an initial 12-month term. Your lease is renewed on an annual basis. We market these homes through local estate agents who advertise them on Northern Ireland’s property websites:
To rent one of these properties you will need to pay one month’s deposit and one month’s rent in advance. You may also be asked to provide a guarantor. Our letting agent will carry out reference and credit checks on our behalf.
