Clanmil has partnered with Newpark Developments to develop 62 homes in West Belfast. The new homes are a mix of :

• 2x 1-bed apartments
• 34x 2-bed apartments
• 18x 2-bed houses
• 8x 3-bed houses

Some of the apartments will be for the over 55 age category and a number of properties will be wheelchair accessible. The scheme is designed by McGirr Architects.
