Sharing your information
Your personal information will be kept secure and confidential. Usually, we will not disclose personal data without consent. However, we may share information with third parties we work with, including Local Authorities, Social Services, PSNI, other social landlords and other agencies when Clanmil believes it is in your or the public’s interest to do so, or as required by law. Where we are under a legal obligation to do so, for example where we are required to share information under statute, to prevent fraud and other criminal offences or because of a Court Order for example HMRC, or the PSNI.
Our Retention Schedule
At Clanmil we will only retain data for as long as we need to and the length of time we retain it will depend on the type of data it is.
