65 Fitzroy Avenue, Belfast BT7 1HT

Completed in 2018 this scheme provides 15 apartments in the Holylands area of south Belfast. The scheme was one of eight shortlisted for the Royal Society of Ulster Architect (RSUA) Design Awards 2019. A key design feature was the retention an existing historic façade which was integrated into one of the two buildings helping blend old and new. Fitzroy Avenue was designed by Studiorodgers Architects and delivered by QMAC at a total scheme cost of circa £2m.
