The development also contains commercial units with a convenience store, hairdressers, café and Clanmil’s community hub which provides a space for tenants to meet, socialise and take part in creative and learning and development opportunities .

Caffrey is designed around a central play space with curved terraces defining the open space. The scheme was designed by McGirr Architects and delivered by TAK at a total scheme cost of circa £24m.
